North Country Meals-on-Wheels provides one hot and one cold meal each day to home bound elderly and people with disabilities. This allows older adults to remain independent longer, improves their health and nutrition, and provides them with daily social contact.

You can help by volunteering to drive, or deliver meals, or by helping in your local community kitchen. You can also help by contributing a monetary donation or in-kind products or services useful to Meals-on-Wheels kitchens. If providing a monetary donation, checks should be made out to “North Country Meals on Wheels.”
